I have been training at bodies by Bristol for a number of years now. This past August I decided to take my training a bit more serious. I spoke to Bristol and we put some realistic goals in place. I followed his nutrition plan and began training 5 days a week with him. With his guidance I have lost 45 pounds and counting!
