The one thing I hear from so many people time & time again is, “once upon a time I use to be in great shape!” Then they tell me about all the things they did “back in the day” to stay in shape. The problem always seems to be the same thing. They lack motivation, energy & they’re trying to work off of an old system. What you did back in the day is not working because your body, metabolism, bodyfat, muscle… you get the picture. I can go on and on about why it’s not working, but the bottom line is, you have to keep changing the system as you change. That’s why I created the New You In 2022 Challenge.
