Our 12-Week Transformation Program has been one of our most popular programs here at Bodies By Bristol. We have had clients lose up to 50lbs in just 12 weeks. We are very purposeful in our approach to fitness and nutrition, recognizing that you can’t add weight to dysfunctional exercises, and you can’t out-exercise a bad diet. Our workouts are designed to guarantee fat burning, full body transformational results. We will challenge you to win, not to fail! Your routine will be based on your individual needs, including limitations caused by injuries or medical conditions.

We are committed to providing a safe and focused training in a learning fitness environment. We start where you are, modify when needed and progress as you grow using the technique of functional training to target specific body systems. Anyone will be able to train at any fitness level.

About The Nutrition

We do nutrition with a purpose, so many people struggle with not knowing what to eat or where to start. Whether you’re looking for guidance on disease specific nutrition, weight management, muscle gain, weight loss, food allergies/intolerances, or just an overall healthful diet, then our 12-week Transformation program is for you!

You’ll get delicious weekly meal plans, all the parameters within your program will be set so that you can stay on track and reach your intended goals. You don't have to stress about what or when to eat as well as how many calories you should be eating. Your meal plan will come with a structured grocery list for each week along with the recipe of how to cook it.

Hello friend, my name is Bristol Jenkins! I'm not just a certified personal trainer, but I am a certified nutrition specialist and functional movement expert with over 25 years experience. I believe that knowledge is power when you apply it, so I educate my clients so that they can achieve lifelong results.

The one thing I hear from so many people time & time again is, "once upon a time I use to be in great shape!" Then they tell me about all the things they did "back in the day" to stay in shape. The problem always seems to be the same thing. They lack motivation, energy & they're trying to work off of an old system. What you did back in the day is not working because your body, metabolism, body fat, muscle and so on... is different. I can go on and on about why it's not working, but the bottom line is, you have to keep changing the system as you change.

We all have different bodies, with different needs, at different stages in our lives. My 12- Week Transformation Program has helped many of my clients transform into a new version of themselves, not only physically, but mentally to be even better than what they were "back in the day."

Schedule your assessments, with any program there is a starting point, that's why we offer a movement screening to see how well your body moves with exercise, as well as, an in person, Non-invasive 3D Styku scan to track your scale weight, body fat, muscle and measurements that can give you a bird’s eye view of any possible associated health risks.

STEP 3

Sign up! Once you sign up we’ll take all the information we gathered from you and your assessments to begin customizing you’re training, and nutrition plans based on your needs. All the parameters within your program will be set so that you can stay on track and reach your intended goals.
