Our workouts are designed to guarantee fat burning, full body transformational results. We will challenge you to win, not to fail! Your routine will be based on your individual needs, including limitations caused by injuries or medical conditions.

We are committed to providing a safe and focused training in a learning fitness environment. We start where you are, modify when needed and progress as you grow using the technique of functional training to target specific body systems. We also offer an online option to cater to any busy schedule, so you can fit it in whenever & wherever is MOST convenient for you. Anyone will be able to train at any fitness level.

About The Nutrition

We do nutrition with a purpose, so many people struggle with not knowing what to eat or where to start.  Whether you’re looking for guidance on disease specific nutrition, weight management, muscle gain, weight loss, food allergies/intolerances, or just an overall healthful diet, then our New You In 2022 nutrition program is for you.
You’ll get delicious weekly meal plans, all the parameters within your program will be set so that you can stay on track and reach your intended goals. We offer both male and female meal plans, so you don’t have to stress about what or when to eat as well as how many calories you should be eating. Your meal plan will come with a structured grocery list for each week along with the recipe of how to cook it.

Hello friend, my name is Bristol Jenkins! I’m not just a certified personal trainer, but I am a certified nutrition specialist and functional movement expert with over 25 years’ experience. I believe that knowledge’s is power when you apply it, so I educate my clients so that they can achieve lifelong results.

The one thing I hear from so many people time & time again is, “once upon a time I use to be in great shape!” Then they tell me about all the things they did “back in the day” to stay in shape. The problem always seems to be the same thing. They lack motivation, energy & they’re trying to work off of an old system. What you did back in the day is not working because your body, metabolism, bodyfat, muscle… you get the picture. I can go on and on about why it’s not working, but the bottom line is, you have to keep changing the system as you change. That’s why I created the New You In 2022 Challenge.

We all have different bodies, with different needs, at different stages in our lives. My New You In 2022 challenge has helped many of my clients transform into a new version of themselves, not only physically, but mentally to be even better than what they were “back in the day.”
