What is the Building A Better body Program about?

This is a 13Week body transformation program (includes a 1Week preparation week) that gives you the information and guidance that will allow you to transform your body. This program has been designed to teach you tried and tested principles that will help you get results but also a level of knowledge that will enable you to continue getting results and maintain them beyond the 13Week program.

Is it suitable for males and females?

Yes. Training and nutritional principles are not gender specific. Men are able to build more muscle than women due to their naturally higher testosterone levels. The program will educate you on how to tailor your diet regardless of your gender. The training principles in the program apply to both males and females.

Will I have to follow a restrictive meal plan?

You can’t out exercise a bad diet, so there will be some progressive changes you will have to make. The program includes an educational section on nutrition, which shows you how to be successful on the nutrition plan we design for you. There are plenty of tasty recipes included, which have been designed to provide your body with great nutrition.

Do I have to count calories?

Your nutrition APP will calculate the calories for you even if you exchange a food in your plan, however for those who like to do it themselves a macronutrient calculator will be available to you within your membership dash board.

Will I need access to a gym?

Yes. Strength and resistance training is the most important type of exercise you can do to transform your body. A well-equipped gym is essential to complete this program. There are also home workouts for those times when it’s not possible to get to the gym. You will only need resistance bands to complete these sessions.

How many times a week will I need to train?

The program includes 4 resistance-based sessions per week. Cardio sessions can be completed anywhere and the number of cardio sessions will vary from person to person based on time available, motivation and goals.

Do I have to take supplements?

You don’t have to take any supplements although if you want to get the optimal results I recommend some basic scientifically backed supplements. These supplement will help bridge the gap between what you simply can’t get through foods alone.

Is there support included?

I understand that on-going support is important. That’s why we are including a coaching call with your initial set up and have dedicated an email support to make sure that any questions can be answered, as well as for moral support.
