Our program is a fun and exciting workout designed for youth that have sedentary life styles and need to get involved in an exercise program. This is a non – competitive program; every person works at his/her level of fitness. We will create an atmosphere of positive reinforcement to promote a positive social setting in and outside of school . Junior Functional Boot Camp

 

Bodies by Bristol will provide an after school Junior Functional Boot Camp program, designed to target youth that are active in sports. These classes will provide an intense action packed form of fitness that specializes in speed, agility, sports specific training, as well as nutritional guidance. This program targets athletes involved in scholastic sports such as: wrestling, basketball, football, baseball, soccer, cheerleading and other activities that are offered in schools. This program is perfect all year round for youth that want to stay active and fit on and off game season.
