As the owner of Bodies By Bristol Personal Coach, I bring over 27 years of expertise in nutrition and fitness to the table. With a deep understanding of various diets and health programs, I have crafted a step-by-step plan that cleanses and nourishes the body from within.

I have helped thousands of client get real results from weight loss, lifestyle change, strength & conditioning, to body building, corrective exercise, and DNA based nutrition.

As a certified nutrition coach I've learned many facets if nutrition, specializing in digestive health. I assist individuals struggling with digestive issues that lead to health complications and weight gain in achieving optimal gut health and sustainable weight loss.

Through my skills as a certified personal trainer specializing in functional fitness, I emphasize the crucial connection between fitness and nutrition in achieving overall wellness.

Witnessing my clients transform their health by gaining knowledge of nutrition and understanding the impact of different foods in their bodies has been truly rewarding.

Meet Kenyatta Jenkins, the radiant spark and heartbeat of Bodies By Bristol and Wife to Bristol Jenkins. Kenyatta's journey with Bodies By Bristol began in 2008. But her story is so much more than just a job title or a role; it's a vibrant dance of motivation, laughter, and transformation.

Kenyatta's entry into the world of personal training was as delightful and unexpected as her approach to fitness. Starting as the friendly face at the front desk, she soon became the anchor that ensured everything at Bodies By Bristol ran like a well-choreographed dance. Her innate passion for transforming lives, paired with her love for dance and song, made her transition to a certified personal trainer feel like destiny.

You see, Kenyatta is not your ordinary personal trainer. Her workouts are joyous celebrations, filled with smiles, encouragement, and infectious energy.

Clients find themselves working hard, sweating, and laughing all at the same time. Her approach is a unique blend of compassion, motivation, and pure fun, making each client feel encouraged and motivated.

Kenyatta is also the tech-savvy genius behind our training/nutrition Apps and online programs, ensuring a smooth digital experience for our clients.

Following in the footsteps of his father, Bristol Jenkins Sr., he's a man who wears many hats with flair - be it a personal trainer, boxing instructor, aspiring actor, or a master of voice impressions.

Growing up steeped in the arts of fitness, boxing, and health, it seemed almost inevitable for Bristol Jr. to leap into the world of personal training. But it's his unique blend of humor, character, and raw talent that sets him apart. Whether he's throwing a jab or cracking a joke, Bristol Jr.'s sessions are more than workouts; they're joyous experiences that leave clients smiling, sweating, and coming back for more.

His passion for sharing wellness radiates beyond the gym, touching the hearts of young athletes in our youth boxing and young athlete programs. His enthusiasm is contagious, his guidance inspiring, and his ability to connect with every client, whether a seasoned athlete or a fitness newbie, is simply magical.

But wait, there's more to Bristol Jr. than meets the eye! When he's not lighting up the gym with his energy, he's showcasing his talents as an actor and voice impressionist.

I’ve been doing one on one boxing sessions here for about 3 months and improved tremendously compared to when I was boxing at a different gym. They really pay attention to their clients and try their best to make sure you perform at your greatest. There is sparring and they have you do exercises that help with boxing after pad work.
